Early bird registrations must be accomplished by 31 August 2012 and standard online registrations will be accepted online until 11 Oct 2012. All those not registered by 11 Oct 2012 may do so at the on-site registration desk.
Pre-registrants may pick up their symposium materials quickly and easily at the advance registration desk.
Note: Students who present an accepted poster will have their $150 conference fee refunded. In addition, there are a limited number of partial student travel subsidies available. Interested students should email requests with a brief statement of justification to be considered for funds. The funds will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as they are available. The amount of funds available to subsidize student travel will be made known closer to the symposium, and documentation of travel expenses in the form of photocopied receipts must be submitted after the symposium in order to receive funds.
To cancel your registration, login to your registration account and click the "Withdraw from Symposium" button.
Cancellations must be processed no later than 1 Oct 2012.
Cancellations processed by 31 Aug 2012 will not be charged.
Cancellations processed in September will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Registrants who cancel after 30 September will forfeit their registration
fee.
